Do you need an invitation letter, and how can you request one?
International participants who need a visa for Cameroon can ask the Secretariat for an invitation letter to support their consular application.
Delegations, investors, speakers, exhibitors and journalists from countries whose nationals require a visa to enter Cameroon.
Write to the Secretariat choosing “Visa and invitation letter” and give your full name as it appears in your passport, nationality, organisation and position, dates of stay and role at the forum. Do not send a passport copy unless asked.
Processing times vary between diplomatic missions: apply as early as possible before 3 – 5 November 2026.
An invitation letter does not guarantee a visa: the decision rests with Cameroon’s consular authorities in your country of residence.
